TO OUR ESTEEMED GUESTS
APOLOGY FOR INTERRUPTION IN FLIGHT SERVICES
We wish to express our sincere apologies for the interruption in our flight services due to a directive by the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) on Sunday, October 6, 2012.
The action, we have been informed, is to allow the regulatory agency to conduct an operational audit of all airlines operating locally by external consultants, and Dana Air is the first airline to be so audited.
We regret all inconveniences caused as a result of this interruption and we would like to assure you of our total commitment to the process and full cooperation with the authorities.
At Dana Air, the safety and comfort of our guests and crew is a major priority and we would continue to adhere strictly to all local and international safety regulations in the delivery of our world class air transport services.
Signed
Management.
