His son who is a famous pop artist Dr. Sid changed his Twitter bio to "RIP Dad" and his avatar to that of his father. Details concerning his death hasn't been revealed by his family.
Justus Esiri acted in the popular Nigerian series 'The Village Headmaster' in the 80's. He later went on to become a stalwart in the Nigerian movie industry.
May his soul rest in peace. Amen
