Police authorities in Lagos, south-west Nigeria were rattled when President Goodluck Jonathan stormed Police College in Ikeja over the media reports on the allege alarming state of filth in the place.
Our reporter learnt that Jonathan, who was on his way to Ivory Coast on a state visit, surprised police officers in Lagos, when he stormed the college without informing security agents in the state.
Some horrible pictures on the deplorable state of cleanliness and maintenance at the college were recently aired by Channels Television.
It was based on the embarrassment allegedly triggered by the TV reports that forced the president to visit the college, unannounced.
