Natural Beauty of the Day

Fine girl no pimples, what do you think?

Turkish prosecutors on Tuesday called for a three-year prison term for Nigerian international Emmanuel Emenike after he was implicated in a widespread match-fixing scandal

.
Lawyers in Istanbul accused Emenike, who currently plays for Spartak Moscow in the Russian Premier League, of faking an injury to avoid playing for his then club Karabukspor against Fenerbahce in May 2011, the Anatolie news agency reported.
Emenike's agent had beforehand been approached by Fenerbahce officials to arrange the player's "injury" for the match, it was alleged.
The 25-year-old attacker's case has been tried separately from a larger trial that has rocked Turkish football and which ended in July seeing the president of Fenerbahce, Aziz Yildirim, sentenced to six years and three months in prison.
In all, 93 people were tried and a number were found guilty of having fixed matches in the Turkish first and second divisions in the 2010-11 season, as wellas for malpractice.
Emenike joined Fenerbahce in 2011 but did not make a first team appearance for the club before he was transferred to Spartak.

Facebook Warning Hoax: Privacy and Copyright Warning Spreading In Facebook Is A Hoax

A Facebook warning message is spreading on the social networking site this past few days wherein users are encouraged to repost a message declaring that their copyright is attached to all the materials they post on Facebook in response to new Facebook guidelines.

Here is a copy of the said message:

“In response to the new Facebook guidelines I hereby declare that my copyright is attached to all of my personal details, illustrations, comics, paintings, professional photos and videos, etc. (as a result of the Berner Convention).

For commercial use of the above my written consent is needed at all times! (Anyone reading this can copy this text and paste it on their Facebook Wall. This will place them under protection of copyright lawsBy the present communiqué, I notify Facebook that it is strictly forbidden to disclose, copy, distribute, disseminate, or take any other action against me on the basis of this profile and/or its contents. The aforementioned prohibited actions also apply to employees, students, agents and/or any staff under Facebook’s direction or control. The content of this profile is private and confidential information. The violation of my privacy is punished by law (UCC 1 1-308-308 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting FREE 1-308-308 end_of_the_skype_highlighting 1-103 and the Rome Statute).

Facebook is now an open capital entity. All members are recommended to publish a notice like this, or if you prefer, you may copy and paste this version. If you do not publish a statement at least once, you will be tacitly allowing the use of elements such as your photos as well as the information contained in your profile status updates…

However, the message was said to be a hoax. ABC News noted that there is no such thing as the “Berner Convention,” and Facebook does not own the materials posted on their website.

Facebook spokesman Andrew Noyes released the following statement:

“We have noticed some statements that suggest otherwise and we wanted to take a moment to remind you of the facts — when you post things like photos to Facebook, we do not own them. Under our terms (https://www.facebook.com/legal/terms), you grant Facebook permission to use, distribute, and share the things you post, subject to the terms and applicable privacy settings.”

Meanwhile, privacy experts also said that posting such status message is totally worthless.

“Your Facebook data is governed by its Data Use Policy, and FB cooperates with law enforcement and government agencies. Simply posting a status update offers you no protection whatsoever,” Facecrooks, a popular “scam-watching” site reportedly said.

Despite these facts, the Facebook warning hoax continues to spread.

Justin Bieber Responds To Overalls Critique

Justin Bieber got an earful from the online peanut gallery after wearing overalls to a meeting with Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper last week. Now, Bieber's fighting back.
The pop superstar, 19, donned blue-and-white-striped overalls, a white T-shirt, a backwards baseball cap, and yellow sneakers on Friday to accept the Diamond Jubilee Medal, which honors significant achievements by Canadians. Many Twitter commenters viewed Bieber's choice of attire as disrespectful. Comments ranged from the incredulous ("Justin Bieber Seriously Wore Overalls To Meet The Canadian Prime Minister") to the outraged ("Justin Bieber met the Prime Minster in Overalls and a ball cap, such trash, learn some respect kid"). Another Twitter user suggested that Bieber fire his stylist.
Bieber responded to overalls-gate on his Instagram account. "The pic of me and the Prime Minister was taken in a room in the arena where I was performing at that day. I walked straight from stage to meet and greet him, if you... expect me to have a change of clothes let a loan [sic] a suit at that specific time that's crazy, It wasn't like it was like I was going into his environment, we were at a hockey arena. Wow Am I ever white trash."
Prime Minister Harper seemed amused by the controversy. On Sunday, he tweeted, "In fairness to [Bieber]... I told him I would be wearing my overalls too."
But Bieber's bad weekend didn't end there. The 19-year-old was booed while performing during halftime at Canada's football Grey Cup. It was unclear if the jeering was in response to Bieber's ill-advised overalls or just because the crowd just wasn't in the mood to hear "Boyfriend" again.
please leave the guy, he's just being himself.

Worst Dressed at the American Music Awards 2012

At last night's American Music Awards in Los Angeles, the biggest names in music came together to celebrate the industry's finest. Despite the glitz and glamour of the night, there were several fashion fails spotted on the red carpet. Here are the five worst offenders this year.

Granted, it's been a rough week for The Biebs with rumors about a split from Selena Gomez circulating the world and filling every tabloid newspaper. However, Justin took smart/casual a bit too far in the direction of casual. His trademark over-sized pants looked a little out of place at such a prestigious event, and in fact, all of his clothes looked a couple sizes too big and hung off his small frame. However, his mom Patti Mallette, looked radiant!

While this new, 'embrace your figure' Christina is refreshing, her taste still needs some work. Her dress was actually not so bad. The color and cut were both flattering, but it all went wrong from the neck up. The blonde bob framing her face, complete with rigidly straight bangs just didn't suit her. Add in the excessive tan, and the singer looked much older than her years.

Let's be honest. It's unlikely we'll ever see Nicki dressed in something plain and understated. As her style choices go, this was actually one of the tamer ones. However, the enormous bright yellow dress looked awkward on her. Minaj is more suited to shorter, less extravagant gowns, and her hair mop of hair could have used a little taming as it slightly swallowed her face.

Not everything about Panettiere's outfit was a disaster; the accessories were cute. Even the dress wasn't a disaster. It all went wrong at the shoes. With her tiny feet, Hayden looked like a little kid wearing her mom's high heels! If she'd exchanged the chunky shoes for strappy sandals, her look would have been much improved, and more flattering.

What was she thinking?

Well, we know all girls just wanna have fun, especially with their clothes, but Lauper may have gotten a little carried away. With the large tartan sleeve and sash taking over most of the outfit, it's hard to tell whether she wore a dress, a jacket and skirt, or just a jacket! The stripy tights were a cute addition, but sadly, they were the only thing to like about this ensemble.

Hiliary dozing while Obama gives speech

On Monday, President Barack Obama made history by becoming the first American president ever to visit Cambodia and Myanmar, but the momentousness of the occasion didn’t seem to fully register with Secretary of State Hillary Clinton, who was caught on film dozing off.

Mary-Kate Olsen and Olivier Sarkozy's Unlikely Romance

Pint-sized actress turned fashion designer Mary-Kate Olsen raised eyebrows when she was first reported to be dating Olivier Sarkozy, an asset manager and half-brother of Nicolas Sarkozy, the former President of France. The most obvious reason is their difference in stature – he’s more than 6' tall and she’s just 5'2"  but it doesn't help matters that the 26-year-old's new beau is 17 years her senior. The latest photographs of the odd couple, which, let's be honest, looked like a man out with his daughter at first glance, show them buttoned up in coats on the chilly streets of NYC.

Despite the age gap, Olsen and Sarkozy, 43, have managed to make their relationship work. And it’s lasted much longer than anyone expected. The unlikely romance began in May, and by Memorial Day weekend they were spotted in the Hamptons together. Six months later, they're still going strong! They lovebirds have since been snapped grabbing lunch with Mary-Kate’s sister Ashley, and indulging in PDA while sitting courtside at one of their regular outings to see the New York Knicks in action at Madison Square Garden. The New York Post has reported that the two are even nesting in the $6.25 million, 4,200-square-foot townhouse Sarkozy bought over the summer for them to share.

Now this is love!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Girl Slept for 64 Days - Sleeping Beauty

A Pennsylvania teenager slept for 64 days from Thanksgiving into January -- her longest sleeping episode yet.

Nicole Delien, 17, struggles with a rare sleep disorder called Kleine-Levine, or ‘Sleeping Beauty Syndrome’, which affects an estimated 1,000 people around the world.

During her sleep spells she will wake up in a confused state for small periods of time to eat and go to the bathroom and then fall back to sleep.

Nicole’s mother, Vicki, says her daughter will sleep 18 to 19 hours a day, and when she eventually wakes up to eat she is in a ‘sleepwalking state which she doesn’t remember’, KDKA in Pittsburgh recently reported.

The Delien family also appeared on Jeff Probst’s syndicated talk show this week to make sure other families become aware of the rare disorder.

Vicki Delien told reporters that it was very frustrating trying to get a diagnosis for her daughter. She said it took several hospital trips to figure out what’s been afflicting her.

Finally, a doctor at Allegheny General Hospital in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, was able to pinpoint the disorder and offer some suggestions on how to manage it, including medication.

'Affected individuals may go for a period of weeks, months or even years without experiencing any symptoms, and then they reappear with little warning’ the Kleine-Levin Syndrome Foundation website states.

In addition to excessive sleeping, symptoms include disorientation, hallucination, child-like behaviour, binge-eating and periods of hyper-sexuality when awake, according to an Oxford Journals report.

That report says the disorder predominately affects young males.

Symptoms may be related to the parts of the brain that govern appetite and sleep, according to the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke.

The cause of Kleine-Levin Syndrome is unknown, both medical sources indicate.

Eric Haller, a young college student with the disorder, told ABC News that he gets sick and falls into a sleeping episode about eight to 10 times a year.

Medication helps spread Nicole’s sleeping episodes further apart, her family says.

Nicole says she has missed out on Thanksgiving, Christmas, birthdays and the family’s first trip to Disney World.

She also missed out on an opportunity to meet pop singer Katy Perry. But when Perry later learned about Nicole’s disorder she made sure Nicole was able to visit her backstage at a performance in Connecticut.

Nicole’s last sleeping episode was in March. She told KDKA that she’s scared of when it will happen again.

OMG LOOK HE'S LOOKING AT HER BOOBS

Kim was invited to the Greenville, N.C. event by Sgt. Martin Gardner, whose laser-focused eyes have been the inspiration for many a "OMG LOOK HE'S LOOKING AT HER BOOBS" headline this morning.

And of course he is, but I'm guessing the kid is also in the middle of reacting to a very odd moment, aka: a minute ago they were probably talking about where they're both from and what's on the menu for the evening--then, when a paparazzi uttered the magic word ("Kim!"), she transformed into a mugging, pouting, smize-ing insta-model. It can be quite the jarring interruption, I'm sure.

But Sgt. Gardner recovered rather nicely, don't you think? Assuming he didn't leave a fuming girlfriend at home to take advantage of this one-time opportunity, this pix works nicely as a singles ad. Ladies, take note of this adorable bachelor.
Curvateous Kim, nice dress.

Replica of Noah's Ark built by a Dutch contractor, Johan Huibers.

It was built approximately to scale, however is 1/2 the length and 1/3 the width of the Biblical dimensions. It was built to show the world how massive the Ark was and how so many animals could have been housed for a long time. It was built in smaller scale so it would be able to travel around Europe, navigating the canals, bridges, and rivers en route.
There have been several comments on the improbability of getting 2 of every animal onboard the Ark. Take a look at this website
http://www.biblestudy.org/basicart/sizeark.html . Briefly... The Ark had the same capacity as more than 500 train boxcars. Remember, not all animals needed to be full grown, not every variation of every genus. Also remember that not every variant of every genus was required onboard as their variant species would be produced over the years. Also, check out http://www.answersingenesis.org/creation/v19/i2/animals.asp . Consider all the facts, the 1.5million cubic feet of space on the ark, 40,000 animals, and it makes a lot more sense than the little 4-animal arks you see in pictures and toys. This thing was massive and amazingly effective as a safe haven for thousands of plants and animals.
Also, for more information you can go to the ark's official website
